  Tried this salon for the first time and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE OR THE OWNER!!! Went in for a few foils and the salon owner took it upon herself to not only do my foils but put a permanent colour in the rest of my hair instead of a toner! After the 'toner' did not wash out I returned to the salon to ask why the rest of my hair is now copper and why I have no natural colour left??? The salon owner adviser it was a fault with the DeLorenzo product (that the salon uses) and that it has happened to other clients with very light coloured hair. Asked her why she still uses this product and shouldn't she consult the client first - reply - 'will we stop using the product from next week' #+*#! DISGUSTING!!! I had been getting foils for 20 years and NEVER had any issues before! Consulted another hairdresser who advised that Hairytales did not use a toner-she has used a permanent colour!!! Disgusting!!! Worst salon I have ever been to.
